Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 June 2026
These Terms govern the use of Mr Wolf Partners and the purchase of concierge-style vehicle sourcing services through the website.
1. Provider
The service is provided by MR WOLF PARTNERS, trading as Mr Wolf Partners, with registered address in Meilen, Switzerland.
Contact: deals@mrwolfpartners.com
2. Service description
Mr Wolf Partners provides premium sourcing, advisory and decision-support services across different categories.
The service consists of:
- identifying and filtering available options
- validating information from available sources
- presenting curated recommendations
- supporting client decision-making
The exact scope depends on the selected plan.
3. Client brief
The quality and relevance of the service depends on the accuracy of the information provided by the client. The client is responsible for providing complete, truthful and up-to-date information about preferences, budget, timing, location and requirements.
4. Plans and payment
The available plans, scope and prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Payment is made online through Stripe. The service begins after successful payment and receipt of the client brief.
5. Delivery and recommendations
Unless otherwise stated, Mr Wolf Partners aims to provide the agreed shortlist or recommendation within the timeframe advertised for the selected plan. Timeframes may be affected by market availability, incomplete briefs, delayed client replies or third-party seller behaviour.
6. No guarantee of purchase
We do not guarantee that a specific vehicle will remain available, that a seller will accept an offer or that the client will conclude a purchase. Vehicle availability, condition, price and seller terms must be verified before any transaction.
7. Third-party sellers
Services may involve third-party providers (e.g. sellers, platforms, service providers).
Unless explicitly agreed:
- Mr Wolf Partners is not the provider of third-party services
- is not responsible for their performance, terms or outcomes
Clients engage with third parties at their own discretion and risk.
8. Refunds and service guarantee
The website may offer a service guarantee, for example a refund if no suitable vehicle proposal is found within the advertised period. Any service guarantee displayed at the time of purchase applies.
Refunds may be considered based on:
- selected plan
- work already performed
- quality of the client brief
- market conditions
Because the service is personalised, refunds are not automatic.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Due to the nature of sourcing and advisory services:
Mr Wolf Partners does not guarantee:
- that a suitable option will always be found
- that a transaction will occur
- that outcomes will meet subjective expectations
9. Cancellation
By purchasing the service, the client agrees that:
- work may begin immediately after payment
- the service is personalised
Therefore, cancellation rights may be limited once work has started, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Clients may request to pause or cancel by contacting us.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mr Wolf Partners is not liable for:
decisions made by the client
indirect or consequential losses
missed opportunities
third-party actions or failures
changes in market conditions
inaccuracies in external data sources
11. Intellectual property
Reports, recommendations, shortlist structures, texts and brand materials provided by Mr Wolf Partners are intended for the client’s personal use and may not be commercially reused or redistributed without written permission.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules. The competent courts are those at the registered seat of the provider, unless mandatory law provides another forum.
13. Required details to complete
Action required before final publication: confirm legal entity details, exact refund wording, delivery guarantee and whether any mandatory cancellation notice is required for the target markets.
